Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 9z999 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 9z999 website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, account services, promotions and any other services provided through the platform (collectively, "the Services").

By creating a 9z999 account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 9z999 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the Services you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 9z999 strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 21. Age verification documents may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to first withdrawal.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any company, entity, syndicate or group of persons for the purpose of arbitrage, hedging, professional betting operations or any commercial purpose.
• You hold only one active account on 9z999. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, shared device, shared IP address or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances held.
• The funds you deposit on 9z999 are from legitimate sources and are entirely your own. You are not depositing funds on behalf of another person or under any instruction to do so.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of 9z999 or any of its software, platform, or game-content suppliers.

Account Registration and Security

To access the Services, you must register a personal account on 9z999. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number and preferred payment method. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

Account Verification (KYC)

9z999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National ID Card (NID), Passport or Driver's Licence — and proof of your registered payment method before a withdrawal request can be processed. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal capability until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must:

• Never share your username or password with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Use a unique, strong password for your 9z999 account that you do not use for any other service or website.
• Notify 9z999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 9z999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on 9z999 are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). 9z999 does not hold player funds in foreign currency. The platform supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to selected Bangladeshi banks.

Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on 9z999:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 9z999, though your payment provider may impose its own limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment account does not match the name on the 9z999 account — are strictly prohibited.
• 9z999 does not charge processing fees on standard mobile wallet deposits. Some bank transfer methods may incur fees set by the issuing bank; these are the responsibility of the depositing player.
• 9z999 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for any deposit before crediting it to the player's account. Unverified deposits may be held pending the submission of satisfactory documentation.

Withdrawal Conditions

Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, the player must provide documentation to verify ownership of the alternative account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for mobile wallet channels during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Any bonus amounts or winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet completed their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will result in the bonus being removed from the account.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

9z999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated for that promotion as published on the 9z999 platform at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on 9z999 unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds and bonus funds are accounted for separately. Where both are present, real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player account, or applied retroactively to bets already placed.
• 9z999 reserves the right to remove a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of any eligibility condition.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a person who has not previously held a 9z999 account under any name, phone number, device or payment method.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

9z999 is provided exclusively for personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and a permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanical means to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or card games, coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms, or any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using 9z999 in any way that could constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, miscalculated odds, or any platform vulnerability to gain funds or advantages not intended by 9z999. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent a self-exclusion or account closure by registering a new account on their behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing conduct toward 9z999 staff or other users through any communication channel including live chat, email or social media.

9z999 may at its sole discretion report suspicious account activity to relevant financial intelligence units or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations or other applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 9z999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, promotional materials and any other visual or functional element — is the proprietary property of 9z999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9z999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from 9z999.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9z999 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — even if 9z999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9z999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the Services. 9z999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime or technical errors provided that reasonable steps were taken to restore service in a timely manner.

• 9z999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
• You access and use the 9z999 platform at your own risk. Gambling carries inherent financial risk. 9z999 does not guarantee any return on amounts wagered and is not responsible for any losses you incur through normal gameplay.

Responsible Gaming

9z999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or escaping financial or personal difficulties. 9z999 provides tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity, and we actively encourage their use.

The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players and can be activated from account settings at any time without contacting support:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Once set, a limit can be decreased immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified continuous duration (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours).
• Time-out: temporarily deactivate your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days). During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. The time-out cannot be reversed before it expires.
• Self-exclusion: permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to self-exclude, contact 9z999 support or use the self-exclusion option in account settings. 9z999 will honour all self-exclusion requests without question.

Amendments, Severability and Governing Law

9z999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, 9z999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9z999 with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
